Beautiful area!
May 15, 2026This apartment complex is a bit like a resort. Everything is beautifully maintained. The pool is so clean and attractive and the area is so well appointed with gas grills and lovely seating. There are gazebos and swings all over the property. There’s a wonderful children’s playground. There are even bags provided for dog owners to use and special waste cans in which to deposit the used bags. I have been here over a year and it has proved to be a pleasant and safe place to live.Review from Apartments.com

May 15, 2026We’re about to sign our lease for the FIFTH year at Anthos Coldwater Creek, and honestly, that says a lot in itself. Apartment living can be hit or miss, but we’ve genuinely loved living here. The location is hard to beat, maintenance is always incredibly prompt, and the staff has consistently been kind, helpful, and easy to work with. That alone makes such a difference. The amenities are also a huge plus — the pool, gym, car wash area, and overall upkeep of the property make it feel like home ...instead of “just an apartment complex.” One thing we’ve especially appreciated over the years is how stable and reasonable the rent has been compared to so many other places lately. It’s rare to find a place that feels well-managed, cared for, AND financially realistic long-term. March 1, 2023These apartments are the bees knees. The new apartments are wonderful and well worth the money. The ladies in the office are exceptional and always happy to help. Sometimes I pop into the clubhouse just to grab a coffee and a snack and say hello to the office staff. Maintenance are quick to respond to work orders and I love my neighbors. March 1, 2023I LOVE living here! I live in the new building and it is beautiful. Stainless steel appliances, granite work tops and plank floor - I feel like a celebrity in my beautiful apartment! Nowhere else in the area comes close. You can tell why they are 'Best of the Best' for 5 years running. They truly care about their residents. The ladies in the office are so friendly and sweet and make you feel like a friend. Maintenance are great too! I love the amenities- the pool is my favorite in the summer. February 14, 2023When you enter Anthos Coldwater there is a sign saying 'We love our Residents'. This is so true. I feel valued and appreciated as a resident! The staff are so wonderful and helpful and helped this military find a new home quickly. We toured many complexes in the area but felt right at home here. What a amazing place to live
October 7, 2015I love living at Coldwater Creek apartments the closets are huge it's like having a bedroom inside of a bedroom. They are pet friendly and kid friendly. They have monthly news letter that tell you about all the wonderful activities they have going on for that month. They have monthly pest control. The complex is awesome there are barbecue grills all around and a nice area for the children to play and a state of the art swimming pool. They also have a fabulous club house with gorgeous decor and a ...movie theater they the rent out for at a very reasonable rate. I can go on and on about how nice the complex is but come visit for yourself and meet the most friendly staff ever.
