Comfortable, attractive, safe and convenient
March 3, 2026Lexington Place has been home for 15 years because the amenities suit/support my lifestyle as a professional and senior citizen. The location, attractive and well-maintained grounds, spacious and tasteful interior designs, provide a welcoming environment. The staff is available, knowledgeable, and helpful. The maintenance TEAM (important note) is sensitive to my needs, professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. While the staff attempts a timely response to inconveniences related to pet care, ...noise, improper use/care of the commercial garbage disposal; these real-life multiple dwelling dilemmas also find their way to this nice property. June 14, 2021I have stayed in a lot of Apartments in this area but this place is by far my favorite! The staff here is very friendly, and they go above and beyond in customer service! Maintenance has almost always a 2 day turn around on work orders if not same day! The property is always clean and beautiful! Loud Neighbors With BIG DOGS!
May 11, 2019No use of complaining about neighbors above you being loud or having a huge dog that sounds like horses running through the apartment. Can’t even walk my own dog without the dog that lives above me running and trying to bust through the sunroom window and scaring my 4 year old at that. People with larger dogs should only live on the bottom floor and have their dog in a cage when they are not home! I’m really considering just breaking my lease and moving else where because this is ridiculous ...especially for what I pay to live here ! Not as Nice as it Looks
October 7, 2018This property is beautiful. AND the management office team seems really nice. Maintenance team is really great. BUT, all I can tell you is things are not as they appear. The dumpster never works so they have a "temporary" but seems like permanent dumpster just parked in the drive area and it stays filthy over ther. Rats running around it and trash on the ground. Now the rats are coming around the apartment buildings. Next, all I can say is bless you if you live next to or under someone noisy. You ...are woke up all times of the night, even though they say they have a quiet time, it is not enforced no matter how long you bring your complaint to the office.
