If I have an issue I call the office and Maintenance usually comes the next day, they are great. The office staff is very friendly, the new staff that came along in 2022 are the best crew. they do a resident event for us every month and are very welcoming. If you looking for a place to call home I recommend Pinewood.

May 12, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe office staff is wonderful, they go above and beyond to make sure my concerns are addressed. The maintenance people work hard and made sure my work orders were done and done right. They also clean the property every morning, I see them on the way to work. I love the community events, they just had a game truck, paint and sip night, and gave away turkeys (I got one!!) and toys last Thanksgiving and Christmas. I love my home and would recommend to my family.

They do an amazing job in taking care of anything that needs to be fixed. They keep the entire property clean all the time. Communication is key, so for any financial situation just talk to them. They will even give you information for places to assist with it.

August 15, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comWhere do I start? With the constant stream of evictions and tenants' belongings being dumped on the street in the parking lot may be a good place. This did not deter the management from offering $200.00 for each referral from the tenants that signed a lease and moved in. Which is a practice I found to be insane. They advertise having a pool, which has water that only gets changed when it rains. There is no chlorine in the pool and the water and anybody who goes in it smells like it died 5 years ...ago. Living here you might as well be living in the projects. That's probably a better option. Don't move here, you'll be sorry!!!Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

October 26, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI Advised the regional manager that this is the third time the toilets have overflown. Also, I advised her that the second time it happened, October 23, 2019, I was told tenants would be sent a message, but no message was sent until the 3rd occurrence, October 26,2019. I advised the regional manager that this is causing health issues. The regional manager stated she would have maintenance vacuum up the water, turn off toilets, and have a plumber come out Monday. I asked why she could not have ...a plumber come out the same day and she stated that’s when they could have them come out. I then explained to her that we would be without a working toilet until Monday. She did not have a response. She then placed me on hold. After waiting, she came back on the line and stated she would have maintenance see if the water would stop and if not she would have a plumber come the same day. The water would not stop and we have been without a toilet for 1 hour and 30 minutes. My children and I have had to use the restroom and can not. I will be taking my children and I to the nearest restroom and hospital, as the unit I have paid rent on time for, is inhabitable. We have been having headaches since the first occurrence, October 14,2019. Based on our medical records we have always been completely healthy and never had any extreme headaches in the past. I have placed several work orders about the toilets not flushing properly before any of this occurred. I’m not a plumber, but if they have been out to my unit for the same issue 5 times or more, that should be proof that there is a major problem. I feel the issue could have been avoided had they checked everything when I continued to make maintenance request about the toilets. There has also been roaches spotted here and there every now and then. I have let the property managers know several times that I can not live with roaches and that my 10 year old son is allergic. It has caused his asthma to flare up. There have been issues with the unit since we moved in. I have also contacted the corporate number that was given to me and have not gotten a call back.Read More

Easy access to the hwy, airport,and all attractions in the Atlanta area. The staff is not comparable to any other apartment staff I've came across they really take care of the community.
