Think twice before renting

There is no property management on sight as stated . Also if you have any sort of complaint such as noise from others and lack of security also there is many dogs over 75lbs as stated . They are not new. The apartments are 4 years old . They do not back you with any of your concerns. They turn it back on you and threaten to evict you. You do not have the security of having a place to live. Very poorly managed. Also there is dog doo doo all over even though they state they have clean grounds . ...
If you alert them about the doo doo they do nothing about it. Then your dog steps in it and brings it inside you living area. They also make up rules as situations come up. The paint job is very scetchy, they run a quick roller over spots and you can see the horrible job. When you move in there will be several things not working and have to call to have them fixed such as faucets loose light bulbs out outlets not working. It’s very frustrating. The also lie. For the benefit of themselves. There is a lot of vandalism in the parking lot and if you bring it to their attention they turn it on you. If you move here be prepared to have a lawyer. Grounds are unsafe, I’ve seen people fall from Ivey walks and un even grounds. They do nothing and look at you as a problem and try everything in there power to evict you. Good luck reters. And there amenities… What amenities not much at all. Also I looked at the place and when I went back to sign the lease 3 days later rent went up $105.00. BEWARE!!!
