Think twice before renting

There is no property management on sight as stated . Also if you have any sort of complaint such as noise from others and lack of security also there is many dogs over 75lbs as stated . They are not new. The apartments are 4 years old . They do not back you with any of your concerns. They turn it back on you and threaten to evict you. You do not have the security of having a place to live. Very poorly managed. Also there is dog doo doo all over even though they state they have clean grounds . ...

If you alert them about the doo doo they do nothing about it. Then your dog steps in it and brings it inside you living area. They also make up rules as situations come up. The paint job is very scetchy, they run a quick roller over spots and you can see the horrible job. When you move in there will be several things not working and have to call to have them fixed such as faucets loose light bulbs out outlets not working. It’s very frustrating. The also lie. For the benefit of themselves. There is a lot of vandalism in the parking lot and if you bring it to their attention they turn it on you. If you move here be prepared to have a lawyer. Grounds are unsafe, I’ve seen people fall from Ivey walks and un even grounds. They do nothing and look at you as a problem and try everything in there power to evict you. Good luck reters. And there amenities… What amenities not much at all. Also I looked at the place and when I went back to sign the lease 3 days later rent went up $105.00. BEWARE!!!

Best Apartment Ever

I have lived in many apartment units over the years. Understandably it is brand new, but the units are perfect! I feel like I am living in a home, not an apartment, because of how big they are. Also, the management staff could not be any nicer. They do a great job of maintenance, allow dogs but monitor the poop so it is always picked up by the owners. That was an issue at my last apartment. I will not be leaving anytime soon and absolutely recommend Antler View to everyone!

Let’s face it, apartment hunting can be exhausting, especially in The Omaha area. I highly recommend checking out Antler View Apartments! Not only are these apartments beautiful and quite spacious, they are tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The location is perfect and it’s easy to get anywhere in Omaha that you need to go! I have been at Antler View apartments for just about a year, and I absolutely love it. This is the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived in! There’s a nice pool, a ...

gym, and even a dog park on site! You can go for amazing walks with very little traffic to worry about, and feel completely safe. The leasing office staff have been nothing but kind and generous to me and my wife. They understand when life gets rough and have been so supportive, especially through COVID-19. Maintenance is very quick to respond and nice as well. If you are looking for a peaceful place to live, I recommend living at Antler View Apartments.

I’ll start with the pros... the apartments are gorgeous. That’s all. Now for the negatives: you hear every... single... sound in the surrounding apartments, When the front door closed the entire building shakes, the management is pretty rude and makes even the little of things difficult... boy oh boy I could go on. This place looks nice. But thats where nice stops. This place was built fast and cheap and with in weeks you'll notice. From vinyl flooring coming up to the cheap paint. If you like hearing your neighbors basic conversations and every step they take to knowing and hearing when they you use the bathroom then this place is for you. The only good thing about this place is location. For the price per month you can find much better.

I am an original resident from when the apartments were first available. I'll start with the apartments. The are extremely spacious and very nice looking. They have secure entry to the building which is also great. They are located near a lot of new development and shopping. . Next, is the staff. Rachel and her employees are always there to listen and help. They are extremely pet friendly as well. When I got a new puppy, Rachel insisted I bring her in so she could meet her. pooch immediately liked her as well. Maintenance has been great as well. If I ever had an issue, it was dealt with in a timely manner. Do not let other reviews sway your opinion. I live in the building mentioned in another review. Those issues were fixed and addressed in my opinion.

Expect to Be Deceived

I have lived at Antler View Apartments almost a year. I disclosed to the Property Manager when I moved in that I had an immune disease and was particularly sensitive to mold. She assured me I would never be exposed to mold. Well, when the snow melted in March 2019, water ran down the inside corridor of my building soaking the drywall. Nothing was done for two weeks. Mold was forming on the carpet by that time. The drywall that was wet was simply allowed to dry. I had been assured it would ...

be removed, that the area behind would be treated with mold preventative and then new drywall hung. None of that every occurred. I was very proactive in providing this complex and their parent company Vann Realty with documentation references from the EPA, CDC, etc. to no avail. They simply do not want to spend the money to take down the drywall and ensure there is no mold behind it. I did everything possible to get this company to follow through and remedy the issue. My doctor even provided a letter telling them that I could not be around mold. Well, I am moving out early; however, I am required to pay all rent through the end of my lease despite the fact that my health has been endangered for over two months. My coughing has been non-stop which is not normal for me in Nebraska. Renters BEWARE. All is not as it would appear. My patio screen door was put in upside down. No finish work around the bathtub or patio doors (caulking) had been done. Sticky residue I cannot remove remains on that beautiful marble in the kitchen. If you don't mind your neighbor being allowed to play their television so loud it awakens you from your sleep, then this might be an okay place for you. If you don't mind dogs barking whenever you enter or leave your apartment, this may be the place for you. It is May 30th and our pool is still not open... but we are all paying for that amenity. Looks can be deceiving. I hope you understand that it is not in your best interest to live at Antler View Apartments. Look elsewhere for a luxury apartment.

We at Antler View Apartments feel terrible that you feel you have had a bad living experience and that your issues have not been resolved. After reviewing your complaints, especially those regarding the water leak that we like most communities in the area dealt with during the 2019 flooding, we found all repairs were completed correctly. Any drywall and base boards that encountered moisture were removed in a timely manner. The impacted area was dried and treated. New drywall and baseboards were installed. Mold Air Samples were done by an Environmental Consultant and came back with a good result. Their report stated that there was a low chance that anything found came from an indoor source, and that the indoor air quality was better than the outdoor air quality. They stated that they could not recommend that any further action be done. That being said, we are truly sorry you feel that it wasn’t handled the way you would have liked. brought to our attention, everything in our power has been addressed. Some of the unresolved items are related to construction that is nearly complete as of 5/31/2019. There are drawbacks of living in an area that is still being developed, and at times there are flaws even in brand new construction. For that reason, we have been offering a construction special: one month free with a thirteen-month lease. We are aware of these challenges and work with our residents to correct them as quickly and satisfactorily as possible. We have been operating apartment communities in Omaha for almost 60 years. We love our brand-new community and will continue to strive to make it one you would love too. We are looking forward to our apartment community being complete soon and are also very excited for what is in store for the area!
