not recommended
June 27, 2023Honestly i wouldn’t recommend. I liked the place when I first toured, seemed like the perfect place for me and my bf to start our family. But since we’ve moved in we’ve been having nothing but issues. Disposal stops working out of nowhere after I’ve done gotten them to fix it once, and because of the disposal not working it causing nats in the apt. The complex is infested with wasp nest/ wasps that keep getting into our apt. Not only that but walls are starting to chip , theirs stray cats ...everywhere around the complex that keeps getting into our trash, leaving a mess at my door! And just the other day their was a whole bunch of ants coming out from underneath our bath tub , and mind you I keep a very clean house! The maintenance is just not all that great. I’m very disappointed of the outcome, and I will be leaving once my lease is up in December. Highly not recommended!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 26, 2020If you want a German Roach infested apartment, then this is the place for you. Literally infested in the walls and throughout the complex. Salamanders come up your drain pipes, spiders, you name it. This place has it all for you local infestation lover.Property Manager Responded

October 8, 2020I like the fact that to my knowledge car break in's are few.I like the fact that solicitations are few. I really like that so far it has been a quiet community,i.e loud music,etc. I like that the garbage area is kept clean,with exception of the weekend,and I suppose that is to expected.Please remind residents and visitors that dogs are to be walked in the designated area,not on the grassy areas, and they need to pick up after their pets.Property Manager Responded

This place doesnt care!!!
October 7, 2020Drunk driver hit a bunch of parked cars outside our parking lot, including ours. We tried to box him in as he came around the end loop to our apartment complex and he floored it towards me and i had to move to avoid getting hit. Now i go to the office and this man tells me the front gate being fixed wont do anything and it wont make it safer here. He also then told me we dont pay for a working gate... ( even tho its an amenity). The maintenance takes FOREVER sometimes 3-4 weeks to have anything ...dont and that's pre covid. They send out emails every 4 days to remind us to pay our rent, but cant even seem to run this place correctly. Greed over residents here!Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2020It's been more than two years since I live in this community. I like everything in this community. The Leasing Office staff is very friendly and supportive. They take good care of your issues. Sometimes you have to be patient with some of the problems because of its nature. That can happen anywhere you live if you have your own house. The team is very good at communication and sharing the details of new activities happening in the community, like bringing food trucks. I love living here, and it ...is very well connected to I95 as well as all the major stores are nearby. I recommend this community to everyone.Property Manager Responded

September 14, 2020I do want to add that the Team hear at The Antler's in Jacksonville FL are the world best team. I was faced with a financial issue were it was looking that I would have to move my residents location to somewhere else. I was needing to downsize to a one bed one bath. I ask the Team if they could help me remain here at the Antler's because they are so great here I really did not want to leave. At the time when I address my issue with the manager/Team they showed that they felt me and assure me ...that they would do what they can. so time had passed and I did not know what to do because everywhere else was not going to be a help to me in my financial situation. I was told to call back around the 1st of September and I did and low and behold they had a 1b &1b to come open on the ground floor which was just what I needed. When I received the news I just begin to praise the Lord and overly thank the team for working this out for me. I kept asking "Can I stop looking?" I ask them sever times and Ms. Ashley said you can stop looking. And the monthly payment is manageable for me now. I an so glad I don't have to move. I love being a resident at the Antler's. I have to say they have taken care of myself and my granddaughter going on 4 years now. My granddaughter is moving forward in live with her dad now. so the Two bedroom will be a blessing to someone else. Thank you again for the safety, the peace, the family feeling, and most of all people that really care for their residents.
