I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Anton Legacy Apartments. While my time living there was amazing, the way they handled my security deposit after moving out was unacceptable. It has been over 30 days since I vacated the premises, and I have yet to receive my deposit. I have attempted to reach out to them multiple times, but they have not responded or given me any indication of when I can expect to receive my deposit. It is unacceptable that a company can treat their ...

tenants this way. I followed all the proper procedures, and they have failed to do their part. I would not recommend living here if you expect to receive your deposit back in a timely manner. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received, and I hope that Anton Legacy Apartments will take action to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else in the future.

Management is very much in everyone’s business with tons of inspections but they take forever to fix any issues inside your apartment. Took months to get a new lightbulb. There is also a very bad ant problem every year that takes a minimum of 2 months to clear up. There is a limit of one parking spot per resident unless you are lucky and get a garage + driveway, also no parking spots left after 5pm so if you have more than one person driving in your household you will have to park at a park ...

When I walked through the door of my apartment I was amazed how nice it was! Wood flooring, big space, and tasteful layout was a huge surprise. I'm definitely getting what I am paying for. Only issue I had was how small the other two bedrooms were, but overall it's a wonderful apartment and complex to live at.

Even though the apartments are brand new in a good area, we have major problems with insects. The apartments are beautiful with a huge open modern kitchen with dark cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. I love the darker "wood" floors, taupe carpet in the bedrooms and accent wall trim and doors in a taupe color. Management is not good in my opinion; very disorganized and rude. After speaking with their corporate office, I'm hoping that things will get better soon.
