Decent place to live

I'm have taken out 2 stars, because the little dog park has no water for dogs. There is a water dispenser, but been broken for 2 yrs. Lack or irresponsibility of management! The amenities are there, but management is either not proactive to clean or fix! some of the air vents in hallways growing mold and fungus! carpets and elevators could use better cleaning from time to time! Parking can be problematic as there is no assigned parking, I have seen people not living here, also park here!

whole a lot of parties and loud noises in the neighborhood. Off course, building C is near the Tyson Kennel, which can be annoying for people in that particular side. I rented this place as it is next to the 101, which benefits my travel time, also it is a dog friendly apartment.
Theft is on the rise. I heard people lost bikes from bike room, shoes and other unsecured items. So, keep your stuff secured. They run AirBnb as much as permanent residents.
The reception/office people are nice and polite.
