Decent place to live
August 23, 2023I'm have taken out 2 stars, because the little dog park has no water for dogs. There is a water dispenser, but been broken for 2 yrs. Lack or irresponsibility of management! The amenities are there, but management is either not proactive to clean or fix! some of the air vents in hallways growing mold and fungus! carpets and elevators could use better cleaning from time to time! Parking can be problematic as there is no assigned parking, I have seen people not living here, also park here! Not ...whole a lot of parties and loud noises in the neighborhood. Off course, building C is near the Tyson Kennel, which can be annoying for people in that particular side. I rented this place as it is next to the 101, which benefits my travel time, also it is a dog friendly apartment. Theft is on the rise. I heard people lost bikes from bike room, shoes and other unsecured items. So, keep your stuff secured. They run AirBnb as much as permanent residents. The reception/office people are nice and polite.Property Manager Responded

You would love living here
September 17, 2018When my husband were looking for a place to live in Menlo Park, we looked @ a lot of apartments before we decided to settle here. We are still here, and still enjoy our place. The location is real convenient. The gym and pool is real nice, and the neighbors are very friendly . The office staff is very friendly and accommodating and any maintenance requests are done in a timely manner.Review from Apartments.com
Elegant and Refreshing!!!
September 14, 2018I have had a great experience thus far. I have had this residence since December, so that spans the construction period of the community areas, and it did take longer to complete than projected. Fortunately, the results have been spacious, and cozy while achieving a great esthetic and functionality. It delivers close to all that you may need in a refined yet cozy and comfortable styling. They have responded to all my requests relatively quickly where the unit itself is involved, but there have ...been few needed. Unfortunate New Complex
January 30, 2018I have never encountered a more incompetent management team than the members at Anton Menlo. They have lied about when something would be done, avoided tenants that have questions or concerns, and even refused to offer their name. I have lived in this apartment complex since October 2017, and I cannot wait for my lease to be up. When I toured this apartment in August, the gym, pool area, common space, and several of the building were still under construction, but it looked promising. ...Management reassured us that the gym would be finished by the end of August, and that the rest of the amenities would be done early the following year. (I really only cared about the gym, so this was just fine!) They also were offering up to 8 weeks free to offset some of these disadvantages. Now it is January, and the gym is _supposedly_ going to open in February, the pool area looks like it may never be finished, and the actual apartment I am living in has already needed more maintenance then when I lived in an apartment built in the 50s. Just a few examples: the showers in both bathrooms have broken, a light fixture has cracked away from the ceiling, the floor laminate is already starting to peel upwards, and our brand new oven stopped working. The only part of this apartment complex that is wonderful and helpful is the maintenance team. They have always quickly responded to our concerns, and maintenance requests have been handled efficiently. Dallas, who handles most requests, is patient and easy to work with. Even with the 6-8 weeks free, this apartment complex is not worth the cost. I would highly recommend that you search elsewhere for your next home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
