They constantly lie. During the time that I lived there, the previous complaint is still a VERY valid one. The homeless living by McDonalds, the drama and cops all the time, the dog rules constantly broken, laundry never available... I lived here for 1 yr. and I am glad that I got out as quick as I could. I took myself off the lease, including signing paperwork to do so. My ex-husband stayed. I kept getting calls and things for them, so I called to ensure that I was off the lease. Time and time
...again, they said yes, that I was just listed as a past resident in that unit. My ex stayed and signed a new lease with our oldest daughter, who was 19 at the time. They moved out a year later or so later, now I am getting collections letters from some agency telling me that I owe them money... I do not think so. Tammy, the property manager, is one of the rudest people I have ever met and she has the assistants acting the same to people. Now my credit has a ding because these people can not get their acts together and manage the property accordingly. If I could give a lower score than 1 star, I would as they do not even deserve that.
