I flew to New Orleans to tour multiple units within three days. I was skeptical at first because not being from here you never know what to expect. I am very pleased with the service Ms.Corina provided during my tour and she made it feel like I was making the right choice. She is VERY knowledgeable about the neighborhood and even knows the neighbors by name which is a great selling point. I appreciated how smooth and seamless this entire has been and I’m looking forward to moving in August 2026.

Apartment at Andover is very new with updated appliances. I love that the unit came with a washer and dryer. It is in a quiet neighborhood, there haven’t been any disturbances. Neighbors are friendly!

I’ve been at the Andover for about little over a year now, and i have had the most amazing experience!
The building is very very new, always very clean, and in such a great central location. The landlord Corinna is the absolute best! She is so kind and always happy to help with anything! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place!

Corina was super helpful and showed me the available options at Andover. She covered everything and highlighted the steps of the application process. It was raining the day I toured the building, but she let me park underneath the covered area so I wouldn't get wet. Very sweet, cordial staff! The property is tranquil, safe, and super close to Ochsner Medical Center.

I moved to this building about a month ago and even though some of the features were not installed yet, property manager (Corina) accommodated ne on installation of those according to my schedule. Some minor problems with electrical appliances were resolved in a timely manner. Location of the property 0.5 miles from the running trail on the levee and a couple of blocks from the Oschner Hospital main campus were features considered when making my decision. Very quiet neighborhood but nearby to ...

This place is owned by the same people who own Lafriniere Living and management, Corina, is very rude, unprofessional and racist. The conditions of the property will go down over time and don’t expect effective communication when you need help or maintenance is you aren’t white or Hispanic.
