I’m so disappointed in the staff and the way they’ve handled the return of our deposit. My daughter was loving out of state and had to leave quickly for to a work arrangement and I was left to clean her apartment. She didn't give me a list of what to do so I did everything I thought would need to be done except for carpet shampooing (since I knew they usually do that themselves). Every cupboard was wiped down, every shelf wiped off, even the vent in the hall I vacuumed then wiped down.

...almost a month now and I still don’t have any of the deposit back. I’ve called twice and the first time they said I was getting money back and they just hadn’t processed it for their corporate office (who issues the checks out of state) and that I’d have it “the middle of next week”. Well I called today (Thursday of the following week) and was told it wasn’t processed until yesterday and I should have the check the beginning of next week now, around September 4th, more than a month after the keys were returned. Disappointed to say the least, especially after all the effort I put in to cleaning it. Moral of the story: if you don’t care about the cleaning deposit then just leave your apartment as is and who cares what it looks like. If you do care, it won’t matter how much work you put in to cleaning it; they’ll still screw you around.
