December 28, 2025I just moved out a few months ago. But I've lived here for 1.5 years. It was good. Rent is reasonable compared to other places and you're in the middle of everything. It's like 45-50 min to Philly, Reading, Exton/Glen Mills and Allentown. I-76 is accessible.Review from Apartments.com

December 28, 2025Since coming to Spruce Court we made the right decision to live here Sherry in the office is terrific very professional and a pleasure to work with, the maintenance staff is easy to work with and they respond quickly. December 18, 2025Overall I enjoy my experience here at the apartment complex. I dont have many complaints other than people not stopping at stop signs but thats something that happens everywhere unfortunately. Just double check each way before crossing when walking your pets or just walking in general. The community does get togethers which I think is very niceReview from Apartments.com

May 1, 2025I gave 3 stars because of the noise level, the amount of dog hair I attract into my place and I don’t have a pet, and the lack of cleanliness where the outside searing area is.Property Manager Responded
