I just moved out a few months ago. But I've lived here for 1.5 years. It was good. Rent is reasonable compared to other places and you're in the middle of everything. It's like 45-50 min to Philly, Reading, Exton/Glen Mills and Allentown. I-76 is accessible.

Since coming to Spruce Court we made the right decision to live here Sherry in the office is terrific very professional and a pleasure to work with, the maintenance staff is easy to work with and they respond quickly. Using the online payment and maintenance request feature is easy to use. The other great feature we are close to a lot of shopping and the neighborhood is peaceful.

Overall I enjoy my experience here at the apartment complex. I dont have many complaints other than people not stopping at stop signs but thats something that happens everywhere unfortunately. Just double check each way before crossing when walking your pets or just walking in general. The community does get togethers which I think is very nice

I gave 3 stars because of the noise level, the amount of dog hair I attract into my place and I don’t have a pet, and the lack of cleanliness where the outside searing area is.
