Decent Unit, Poor Management

It’s in a good area and the unit is fine, though the walls are particularly thin. I also found it was difficult to control the temperature in my unit and I found the plumbing often clogged. Aside from that the rooms were spacious and the amenities well cared for.
My major gripe is regarding the management of the office. They very much struggle communicating critical information and updating their residents on critical changes. I received very little correspondence from the office about my unit. ...
This led to rather large problems on two separate incidents. One involved a change in their email server and another regarded their end-of-lease documents. In both instances, they made no effort to reach out to me and blamed me for their lack of communication. Further, while those in the office I could interact with were friendly, it seemed they had no authority to address any major problems.
3/5 The unit is fair enough, but don’t expect anything from the office beyond the basics.
