This unit is a newly renovated 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom apartment. The apartment is 925 SFand has lots of windows and light. The bedrooms are not big, but a good size to comfortably put queen beds in. The unit has freshly painted walls, a new kitchen and appliances, an updated bathroom, new windows and floors. There are two laundry rooms in the building, one on the 2nd and one on the 4th floor that provide easy access to washer/dryer. The entry doors all use key fabs. There is an elevator to make moving in and out and bringing heavy items to your apartment easy. We are pet friendly, just need to talk with the property manager about your pets prior to moving in.
