Security Deposit is equal to one-month’s rent. Once an Applicant is approved and assigned to an apartment, they are required within 72 hours to Sign the Lease AND pay the Full Security Deposit. In the event that both of these items are not completed, the Applicant will be moved to the waitlist. Please note: Once the Lease is signed by Management, the Lease is legally binding.   • Look at better apartments!

    The staff is unprofessional, the maintenance staff is careless and they don't care how urgent your request is. I've been waiting for repairs for over a month and they still have not been completed. They damaged some of my electronics and despite having a video, wanted to give me a hard time for about 4 days before they eventually agreed to replace the damaged items. They don't notify you before entering like they are suppose to and when you are waiting for a new dryer or a window to be repaired ...
    or replaced, you have to reach out to them for updates. They won't go out of their way to let you know the status. I had a SMECO rep. confirm our really high electric bill is due to the window that water is coming through and getting on our desk and floor but when I told the apartment this, they didn't seem to care. They would rather try finding the cheapest contractor to do the repair instead of trying to get the window fixed ASAP. I would not rent here again and would not recommend to anyone at all. Ciera the property manager and Dennis the maintenance manager are the reasons why. They have made the stay horrible and Dennis hasn't even been here that long which is pretty bad.

    The staff at Apts of WW are the best. Cam, Nancy, Craig, Nate and Reggie to name a few. Anytime I have had an issue it’s Always been resolved quickly. I love living here because the staff is the best.

    Apartments of wildewood are amazing. My husband and I are both military and its the perfect area as well as the perfect amount of space. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

    Quaint area with ponds and 2 pools Staff is helpful Apartments are a tad pricey for what you get, but they are clean and modern for the most part Make sure to clean your carpets before you leave or you will be charged!!

    Due to a job change I moved into Wildewood site unseen and I have not been disappointed. I love these apartments. The 9' ceilings and functional floor plans are easy to love. Pools are great and maintenence responds in an appropriate time frame. Deposit was low as well. Although the apartment website isn't great I would not recommend passing up this apartment.
