March 4, 2026My Experience at Apex Apartments So far, my experience at Apex has been wonderful! I absolutely love my apartment. Yes, I’ve had a couple of minor issues — like a sink that was stopped up when I moved in, a dead door battery, and being locked out — but the management was quick to respond and help resolve these problems. I truly appreciate how they handle situations when I raise concerns. The apartment complex itself is beautiful, quiet, and spacious. The scenery is amazing, and it’s in a perfect ...location — just four minutes from my job! Being a first-time apartment renter in this area, it’s been a great experience. I also love the amenities, like having a space to wash my car, and the peace and quiet allows me to study and focus without distractions. Everyone I’ve met here has been friendly and helpful. Overall, despite a few small hiccups, I’m enjoying my time here and would absolutely refer Apex Apartments to others. I would give my experience a 10/10 so far!Property Manager Responded

February 27, 2026Love the community but do not like how the entrance gates remain open most of the weekend or how they break down. Do not like how people smoke in the apartments when it’s a none smoking community.Property Manager Responded

Regarding the entrance gates, there were unfortunately two recent incidents where reckless drivers struck the gates, which required repairs. Those repairs have now been completed, and the gates are currently operating as expected. As for smoking, you are correct — Apex Apopka is a non-smoking community. We do take this seriously and address violations when they are reported. However, identifying the specific source can be difficult without details. We encourage residents to report smoking with the date, time, and location whenever possible so our team can investigate and take appropriate action. December 29, 2025My comment is based on what I am experiencing. Although aesthetic is important and Apex has that one hundred percent, its a beautiful place. I am in my 60's and more interested in my space and how I can enjoy peace and quiet inside my apartment and I do not get that here. Some days while working the sound of children shouting as they play and slamming the door to the stairwell has become the norm. Then by night I have to endure heavy pounding walking above my head, which by the way, happens ...during the days also but that I can deal with but at night when I should get some well deserve rest its unbearable. The fact is that this is not the fault of my neighbor whose walk sounds more like marching causing the ceiling and wall to vibrate, regardless that's how they walk. The problem is in the construction of the upper floors it's so thin I fear someone will fall through. I have no prior experience living in apartments so don't know if this is the same for all apartments. I do not like heights but my next rental must be on the very top floor.Property Manager Responded
