December 29, 2025My comment is based on what I am experiencing. Although aesthetic is important and Apex has that one hundred percent, its a beautiful place. I am in my 60's and more interested in my space and how I can enjoy peace and quiet inside my apartment and I do not get that here. Some days while working the sound of children shouting as they play and slamming the door to the stairwell has become the norm. Then by night I have to endure heavy pounding walking above my head, which by the way, happens ...during the days also but that I can deal with but at night when I should get some well deserve rest its unbearable. The fact is that this is not the fault of my neighbor whose walk sounds more like marching causing the ceiling and wall to vibrate, regardless that's how they walk. The problem is in the construction of the upper floors it's so thin I fear someone will fall through. I have no prior experience living in apartments so don't know if this is the same for all apartments.
