August 11, 2025We rented this apartment site unseen. We moved from Nebraska to Florida. I did a lot of research prior to making my decision. What sealed the decision was Tatiana when we spoke over the phone. She made it very welcoming to live here. She answered all of my questions I had. From day one, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and supported, answering all my questions and helping me settle in quickly. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and spacious, with high-quality finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. I love the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful landscaping—it truly feels like a retreat. The amenities are top-notch, especially the fitness center and pool, which I use regularly. Maintenance ...requests are handled promptly and professionally, and the community feels safe and well-managed. I’ve also met some friendly neighbors, which has made the transition even smoother. Living at Apex Apopka has brought me a sense of comfort and stability, and I’m genuinely happy to call this place home. August 4, 2025My rental experience at Apex has been great since my husband and I moved in over one year ago, we love it so much we have renewed our lease and will be transferring to a larger unit in a few months so that additional family members enjoy the larger apartment and amenities at the Apopka Apex location. We are near the Orlando area so every thing is a short drive away from home including the beaches.
