Nathan is a terrible manager, but the rest of the staff are nice. Parking is also terrible; management is aware, but has not offer any solution other than charging more for parking that other people still park in because of the lack of parking available. Management is also aware of this, but they disregard it instead of finding a solution. The property maintenance can be better.

Apex Apopka employs a full-time maintenance team, including HVAC-certified technicians, and we take resident concerns seriously. We are only able to address issues that are reported to us, and many of the concerns referenced here were either never reported through the proper channels or were raised only after the fact, leaving us with little opportunity to investigate or resolve them. We were also surprised to read comments regarding management communication, as our team has consistently made efforts to respond to concerns and maintain open communication. Apex Apopka is a beautiful community where I am home and can relax in comfort. It is peaceful and it's management team is professional and timely in responding to issues. Everywhere is clean and smells amazing. I rarely use the amenities but they are awesome and rules are in place to prevent abuse. I am in my 60's and do use the stairs to keep fit but welcome the elevator and the trolley provided to assist with moving my heavy stuff. Overall I am happy living here.

By far the best complex. You can tell the team genuinely cares. The property is always clean, feels safe and is a beautiful place. Only downfall is thin walls and windows are stressful if you are sensitive to noise.
