The apartment complex is overpriced for what it offers. The fire alarm goes off constantly, the floors and common areas are often dirty, and the property is not well maintained. Management does not seem to care about keeping the property clean or addressing residents’ concerns. Overall, it’s not worth the high rent.

I have lived here since 2017. Any issues I have had have always been quickly resolved. The longevity of staying has a lot to do with the amenities, proximity to transportation and the freeway, as well as safety.

Don’t be fooled

The leasing office is nice and pleasant, that is until you move in. Don’t be fooled… They will delay repairs, steal your packages and have alarms sounding at all hours of the day. The move out process is awful and Apex makes sure to charge some sort of fee, even if they weren’t there to administer your move out. Management needs to be completely replaced; they all seem miserable and clearly do not enjoy their job at all.

Hello, I really like to share my experience and avoid to happen for rest of people. The people who work there know nothing about the customer service. When I moved out, they charged me $600 and I requested them to proof that charge. The manager said: I don’t have to do. If you like, you can go to small claim court. This is all customer service that manager community knows.
