August 12, 2025No apartment is without its downsides however, I have noticed that maintenance is super on top of things when I ask. My only gripe is that sometimes I smell smoke from my balcony.Property Manager Responded

Don’t be fooled
March 29, 2025The leasing office is nice and pleasant, that is until you move in. Don’t be fooled… They will delay repairs, steal your packages and have alarms sounding at all hours of the day. The move out process is awful and Apex makes sure to charge some sort of fee, even if they weren’t there to administer your move out. Management needs to be completely replaced; they all seem miserable and clearly do not enjoy their job at all.Property Manager Responded

Poor customer service
March 12, 2020Hello, I really like to share my experience and avoid to happen for rest of people. The people who work there know nothing about the customer service. When I moved out, they charged me $600 and I requested them to proof that charge. The manager said: I don’t have to do. If you like, you can go to small claim court. January 17, 2018Ithe complex is great but the dog owners take too much liberty assuming that everyone loves dogs running up to strangers, sniffing them and getting dog hair on their clothes, aside from the fear that it generates when a dog starts running towards you.
