Don’t be fooled
March 29, 2025The leasing office is nice and pleasant, that is until you move in. Don’t be fooled… They will delay repairs, steal your packages and have alarms sounding at all hours of the day. The move out process is awful and Apex makes sure to charge some sort of fee, even if they weren’t there to administer your move out. Management needs to be completely replaced; they all seem miserable and clearly do not enjoy their job at all.Property Manager Responded

Poor customer service
March 12, 2020Hello, I really like to share my experience and avoid to happen for rest of people. The people who work there know nothing about the customer service. When I moved out, they charged me $600 and I requested them to proof that charge. The manager said: I don’t have to do. If you like, you can go to small claim court. Bad experience with apex
March 10, 2020There has never been an instance, in all my experience with Apex, where they have correctly made a repair the first time. I am absolutely dumbfounded at the ineptitude.
