Below Average at Best
February 25, 2021Is Apex the worst place I've ever lived at? No. But it is very far from being even remotely decent. There are constant fire alarms, the security is a joke, the grounds are constantly dirty and the rent increases every year despite being an older complex with underwhelming amenities. Quality Has Gone Down Significantly
August 17, 2020I’ve been living at Apex for over a year and used to love it. However, In the past few months the quality of this complex has gone down drastically. Loud, obnoxious neighbors, subpar amenities, thin ceilings with loud footsteps from above, outdated apartment interior, filthy grounds and hallways with dog poop, pee, and trash scattered around, power and elevators always going out, garage gates not working, and ant and silverfish infested apartments are some of the many problems associated with ...living here. Management is a joke
February 10, 2020This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with management. If you post of Facebook a question or something the manager doesn’t like he deletes your post and ignores you. His favorite response is “security is out #1 concern” yet there are no security officers, the access gate arms never work, security cameras aren’t reliable.... not to mention an elevator being down for well over six months. Management will not communicate anything with you if your question or comment is remotely ...negative or puts them in a position to have to do any work. Also be forewarned that he believes (From the complex’s Facebook page) this complex is in Midtown.... that is far from the truth. Just an Average Complex
December 19, 2017The apartments are well maintained and the office staff is easy to work with. The grounds are absolutely horrible. There is dog poop literally everywhere at all times. The average resident doesn't pick up after their dog and it is left everywhere possible around the complex. The few people that do pick up after their pet, have to deal with the bins constantly overflowing to where there is nowhere to throw the waste. Great Place to live
September 2, 2015Apex West is a great place to live. You're not too far from anything that you want to do. If you want something to eat or dry cleaning or want to go to a bar, it's literally right outside the complex. If you want to go somewhere in midtown or go to Atlantic Station, it's about a 5-10 min drive. For college students, which I am one, whether you're going to Georgia State, Georgia Tech, or Morehouse Spelman or Clark, you are not far at all from either of those campuses. Just What I Wanted
July 20, 2015Apex is in a great location, the staff is very nice and remembers you by name. The units have beautiful finishes and a great layout. The amenities are also very nice and to have the stores and restaurants right downstairs, it makes it very convenient to have a good time with friends without having to drive anywhere.Review from Apartments.com
