I’ve had a solid experience living here overall. The location is convenient, with easy access to major roads, shopping, and dining. The apartment itself is well laid out, and maintenance requests are typically handled in a timely manner.
The staff has been professional and responsive, which makes a big difference day to day. Parking is generally manageable, though it can get tight during peak hours. Noise levels are average for apartment living—nothing out of the ordinary, but something to keep ...

Great location, great price for what you are getting, nice amenities, extremely kind and helpful customer service, very new apartments with all new appliances. Loved using the pickle ball court and swimming pool. Their gym room is a little on the smaller side, but if you need a quick 30 minute workout in the morning, it has all the essentials. compared to the very expensive but very problematic housing in Atlanta, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, this apartment complex in Plainfield was a pleasant surprise. Plainfield feels like a smaller suburban town to me, but it is within a 30 minute drive from Indianapolis, so if you have a car, you can drive to places with fun things to do. There is also a good handful of stores, restaurants, and movie theaters within walking distance from this apartment complex. I had a great experience with this apartment complex, hope they are a good fit for you too.

Love the new finished Asphalt and the new sidewalks getting wrapped Up! Its shiny New, Cant wait till Spring already to see all the new green grass and check out the new swings and Pickle ball court! really Nice!

We love it here! We have gained an obsession with pickle ball!! Love the dog park for our pups and love being so close to everything!! Our deck is awesome for the sunsets.
