September 8, 2025The community is very nice and quite, with friendly neighbors. The units themselves should not be considered "luxury" apartments. The cabinets are cheap and falling apart. The laminate flooring is unsticking in random, low traffic, areas of the apartment. I'm afraid to mop because I don't want to make it worse. I also have a newly crawling baby and worry he's going to get hurt on an upturned corner of the flooring. A small pool and corn hole boards are really the only amenities offered. The ...firepit doesn't seem to work half the time.Property Manager Responded

August 26, 2025I love the atmosphere of the place we have chosen to live, it feels just like home. Moving in was super easy since there were no stairs and parking is right outside our doorstep. August 23, 2025So far I am pleased with my experience. The community has been quiet and the location is very convenient. As others have mentioned, the laminate floor does seem to peel a bit and parking can be difficult to find near your unit in the evenings. Management seems great (thanks Emily!) and I hope they are responsive to the issues above. Would also love a bit more greenery in the central area.Property Manager Responded

August 20, 2025Application was pretty quick and easy, move in was smooth. When we first moved in the water had a smell that lingered around the house for days. It’s been 5 days now and it still smells a bit. The dishwasher was dirty, and the ice maker in fridge isn’t working.Property Manager Responded
