I got scammed with a bait and switch, and forced to sign at a higher price or end up homeless. The machines in the laundry room rarely work. There is no ventilation in the units. The window AC is constantly breaking because the units they use are known for being defective.There is mold and roaches everywhere. The giant crawlspace under the building never gets cleaned out so you can never get rid of the roaches or mold because they’re in the framework. And upper management won’t do anything to ...
remedy the situation, no matter how many times you end up in the emergency room because of it. I ended up getting sick less than a month after moving in here, and remain sick as a result of living with mold the entire time I was there. I now have permanent damage to my lungs because of living at these apartments.

Mrs V, along with maintenance staff are so delightful. The team work I observed while taking my tour made me feel comfortable and at home. Location couldn't be any nicer with all it has to offer.
