On the day I moved in, signage near the elevator stated that each building would receive a coffee bar, pool table, and piano. Those signs were eventually removed, and none of these amenities were ever installed. Community events also declined over time. Monthly meals used to be catered, but later residents were asked to bring their own food, which reduced both quality and participation. Management has been a significant issue. Matt and Tammy were consistently unprofessional and difficult to deal with, whereas Gianna was the only staff member who demonstrated empathy and fairness toward residents. Late rent results in a public notice being posted on your door within 24 hours, which feels more like public shaming than professional property management. Regarding pets, while there are many friendly dogs on the property, Tammy’s dog is frequently aggressive—excessively barking, lunging at other dogs, and even at small children—yet no action is taken. At the same time, residents are quick to receive violations if their own pets are not perfectly behaved. Management also allowed an unregistered “service dog” that violated breed restrictions in the lease; this dog nearly bit my child and attacked my small dog. Families should also be cautious. Children are expected to be extremely quiet, particularly at the pool. An older resident named Terry regularly taunts children for splashing or making noise, and management refuses to intervene, dismissing complaints as “he said, she said,” despite the presence of security cameras. Due to ongoing issues with management—particularly Matt’s treatment of tenants—many long-term residents have chosen to move out. Overall, my experience was disappointing, especially given the expectations set by advertising and initial promises.

Louisianna I was worried about snow. When it did snow the men came by with shovels and snow plows and cleared it all away. I work 20 mins away and look forward to returning home each night. Any time I need work done in the apartment they come by while I'm at work and fix it with no issues. The pool is gorgeous and they have gas/stone fire pits to enjoy at night. Fun place to live!!!

started making noises due to low batteries. 2) Space The room is not big of course, but the kitchen is too small to actively cook stuff around. I'm not sure from where, but I smell tobacco in the room all the time unless I have windows opened. The property is right off of a road, so it's not that pleasant to hear the car noise when the windows opened. 3) Appliances The AC is old and VERY loud. The oven is fine, but the electronic stove doesn't heat up that fast, and it smells like burning if you turn it up more than the medium. I'm not sure what's the deal with the water heater, but the shower water temperature is really hard to manage. The toilet becomes dirty too soon. I think it's the flushing system that shoots up the water somehow. 4) Utilities TV cable and heating is included which is nice. The internet is not included, and you have only one choice. Electronics are not included as well. Overall, it's not that bad for the price, but it certainly has rooms for improvements.
