AVOID
July 6, 2021You get what you pay for. They did a horrible job with cleaning the apartment prior to moving in. There were roaches from the last tenant and we had to pay for a real exterminator because the apartments routen pest control did not do the job. The way grass is cut is terrible! Always left piles in front of our doors making grass flow right into our front door. Pool never opens, the gym is not accessible and as close as the dog park is to a busy road it's not fenced in, hardly a dog park at all. ...And lastly the laundry room is terrible. Never gets cleaned always dirty. The dryers and washers are always a guessing game on what works so money is always getting wasted.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Wonderful
September 13, 2017Everyone is so nice, staff and neighbors included. It's pretty quiet,and fairly clean. Everyone is really flexible and willing to help as long as your requests are reasonable. The pool is salt water, which is a plus for me. The apartments are surprisingly spacious and are pretty up to date. If you have problems or anything, staff is really responsive and helpful. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.Review from Apartments.com

March 4, 2016Apple Creek is under new management. There are also two full time and one on call maintenance techs. There will soon also be a new assistant manager. Things are going to improve at Apple Creek.Review from Apartments.com
Don't Rent Here
December 13, 2015The manager is a hateful and unstable person. The apartments are lackluster and so are the grounds. This complex isn't taken care of. Only one maintenance guy and there's only one person in the office - the manager. She's hardly ever there. Rent elsewhere. You don't want to deal with this kind of crazy.Review from Apartments.com
