Very bad place to live!

Black mold, roaches, fleas. They never fix anything. Very snobby landlords. They have no play ground, no disposables, but they left them in with food all in them. Everyone is moving out because of getting sick from the mold. Roaches are out of control. Fleas because they hardly mow. Not worth the money, or any money. They will keep your deposit no matter how nice you left it. You can only have a couple of chairs on your "porch" and kids 16 and under have to be supervised at all times outside. ...
Only two washers and dryers which don't work half the time. One little air conditioner at the door and it only cools the living room. You will get written up for any little thing. The handicap apartments are not handicap at all. Pipes leak and never get fixed, toilets are broke as well, won't flush very well and handles are broke. All of the apartments are in the same condition. I just really don't recommend living here if you want a happy and healthy place to live.
