Pest control addressed your concerns regarding roaches immediately upon receiving your complaint and we will continue to monitor and address if there are any further signs of insect activity within your apartment. Due to your aggressive behavior towards our office team who have been attempting to assist you, please continue to work directly with the District Manager who is ready and willing to address all of your concerns should you be reasonable and willing to allow our team access to your unit.

Nice Place to Live, but Property Managers Keep Deposits
April 13, 2017My husband and I enjoyed our time at AppleRidge, but were very disappointed and frankly stunned when they refused to return $300 of our $895 deposit. We vacuumed, wiped down, mopped and cleaned every room in our apartment, leaving it in great condition. We've both lived in four apartments before our time there, and never had any issue getting our deposit back, as we take great care of our home. Apparently the new property manager is strict beyond any apartment I've ever lived in, and even with a ...kind note asking for an appeal - refused to give us the remainder of our deposit. It was not enough for us to pursue court action, but I implore anyone living in these apartments, or considering these apartments, to have the property manager walk through with you before you turn your keys in, as they will charge you for things beyond reason (such as leaving the blue cleaning fluid in the toilet). It's sad because we were depending on that money to invest into our new home, but we've learned a valuable lesson and want to alert anyone else renting or considering moving to the property. February 8, 2016I had to look for apartments while in another state and the property manager made it an obvious, stress free decision to pick Apple Ridge Apartment Homes. Affordable. Dog friendly. Great location. It's close to the city but also far enough that I really have my privacy. The maintenance team has a quick turnaround on any issue and in the winter they do a phenomenal job at keeping the parking lots salted and cleared. I would certainly recommend this place to others.
