Perfect place to live!
March 6, 2026We have been living here for over 5 years and love it! The place is perfect and the price is very worth it. Having an attached garage, in unit laundry and personal entryway is now a must have for us. The landlord Christy is great and fast at responding and answering any questions we have. January 30, 2026I've lived at Apple Valley now for 11 years. I was away for 10 years and moved back in 2015. Prior to that I was living here for eight years. Prior to that I lived in the apartments and the townhouses. It really is home for me. I work close by, it's quiet safe,and convenient. The rent is very reasonable when compared to other properties in Menomonee Falls for a two bedroom one bath apartment. I've always found the maintenance department to be very responsive to any concerns and needs and the ...property manager Christy has always been very approachable and responsive to any concerns. August 2, 2023I've been living here for just over 2 years and I couldn't be happier. I love my Townhhome. It has so much space. You can't beat the location. Everything is just so close but it's still very quiet and private. The property manager, Christy, is very nice and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I've had. Maintenance requests (hardly any) have always been addressed within a day. I love that they offer complimentary carpet cleaning. It's a nice perk. So is the fitness center! ...Also, they do a good job around the property with overall preventative maintenance (outside windows, powerwashing, a/c units, parking lot). Decent But Has Issues
May 19, 2023Townhomes are decent, freshly remodeled if one the longer term tenants move out and you get that unit. But somehow they have the squeakiest floors you will ever experience. They will suck every penny they can out of you from your security deposit when you move out, never received deductions on my security deposit anywhere else until I moved out of here.Review from Apartments.com

May 10, 2023My boyfriend and I have lived in the apartments for a year and are staying with them in their townhomes for another year. The community is very well maintained, quiet, very affordable and friendly. Maintenance is very quick to answer your maintenance requests and makes sure they get fixed. The property manager-Christy-is also one of the greatest property managers/landlords I’ve had. September 30, 2022Ever from the beginning stages of looking for a new place in Menomonee Falls, Management (Christy) has been absolutely wonderful. Very responsive, kind, and helpful. The pictures of the townhomes don’t do it justice as to how beautiful these are. Three levels- spacious storage area with washer and dryer, two bedrooms, two full baths, attached garage, and large windows. The community is safe and clean. Close to absolutely everything!
