    Perfect place to live!

    We have been living here for over 5 years and love it! The place is perfect and the price is very worth it. Having an attached garage, in unit laundry and personal entryway is now a must have for us. The landlord Christy is great and fast at responding and answering any questions we have. Maintenance requests are promptly completed and everyone we have come into contact with from Morgenson has been wonderful! We highly recommend Morgenson and these townhomes.

Everything is just so close but it's still very quiet and private. The property manager, Christy, is very nice and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I've had.     Townhomes are decent, freshly remodeled if one the longer term tenants move out and you get that unit. But somehow they have the squeakiest floors you will ever experience. They will suck every penny they can out of you from your security deposit when you move out, never received deductions on my security deposit anywhere else until I moved out of here.
