June 17, 2022The building is well maintained with all new landscaping in 2021. My apartment was all new when I moved in last year. Inside is kept vacuumed and tidy. My place has a unit heat/air conditioner. Not ideal as it is loud when running, but manageable. Neighbors are respectful of privacy.Review from Apartments.com
No communication
July 24, 2021Still haven’t gotten reimbursed on rent for leaving early as I was told I can cause of the next tenant that wanted to move in early, i have it in text message. and charged us for the electric for not being there? Been trying to call the office many times and I still get no answer or emailed back about this. Still need proof if the carpet was six years or older never gotten enough communication from you guys as I was told I was . Moving in was good but leaving it’s like you guys don’t care. Also ...if you want to move in feel free having your Amazon packages being open and having the people up front saying they don’t know who it is when there’s a camera right in front of the mail.Property Manager Responded
September 7, 2021Thank you for your recent review and sharing your feedback. We understand that all documents were mailed directly to the forwarding address that you provided during your check out. Within those documents shows receipts for any/all services completed in the apartment. After finding cat urine in every room, we did need to replace your carpet and that invoice was included. You were not charged for any electricity outside of the terms of your lease. Although the property has multiple security cameras, we aren't able to zoom in on specific names or addresses for each individual package delivered. We understand that someone took your packages by mistake, opened them outside of view from the camera and placed them by your front door. We apologize for this inconvenience and wish we could have been of more service aside from checking the camera recordings. We were happy to hear the packages were returned to you. We apologize for any confusion and never like to hear a valuable resident left with ...a less than perfect experience. For that, we are sorry. Please contact us at your earliest convenience if you would like us to address your concerns in more detail.
