Applewood Acres
September 23, 2015Applewood Acres is fairly nice place to live. Most of the neighbors that live in the same bldg are friendly but some especially if they live above you and have kids and/or a dog can be rude by letting their kids physically run all over apartment which can be rather noisy and when they go homeowner's they leave their dog locked in homeroom to howl all day long. I have been after the complex manager to get our carpets overstretched or replaced for over a year. It took over a year to get our kitchen ...sink replaced. The complex is close to the malls and grocery stores and is in one of the best school districts in the state. But because of the maintenance problems and the fact they raise the rent every year my wife and I will be looking for a new place to live.
