Amazing and Quiet!
March 9, 2024I loved living at Applewoods Apartments! Very quiet and everyone is very nice, including the staff and maintenance guys. Plus, it has an elevator and heated underground parking! The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was such a great size for my son and I and you cannot beat the great bedroom sizes! I highly recommend!Review from Apartments.com

Wonderful Apartment
April 20, 2018Great place to live and to call home, I’ve been living there for about 2 years love the place your by different restaurants, shopping areas etc your pretty much close to everything within walking distance and I love it but unfortunately Ive been living in Minnesota for 27years and it was time to relocate so I moved to California but great apartment love it... and the property manager Jill she’s amazing and will go above and beyond for her tenants and she’s so sweet SHES ABSOLUTELY THE BEST ...LANDLORD IVE EVER HAD. Great Place to live
January 31, 2017Great place to call home!!!! Management and staff are very helpful..... If you have a problem you just need to call. They take care of it quickly. Management is not on-site everyday but there is a main office in South St. Paul that has staff 24 hours. They offer underground parking and a large backyard with grills.
