WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER
May 15, 2023The property is dirty with trash and broken bottles everywhere. The pool has too many tress to even be a clean relaxing space. The property manager does not care about what is wrong in your house. Nothing is ever fixed properly. None of the cabinets work. There is cockroaches everywhere! False advertisement. Great apartment, only decent location
September 10, 2015I've lived in this apartment for almost a year, the insides are nice, although not like the model really, no bug problems, and maintenance is fast and great. Cabinets are outdated, and so are the other kitchen appliances. Ours are nowhere as new as the ones on the pictures of the model. A little overpriced for what you get, but thats Naples. Biggest con is location, and how loud the complex behind us is.Review from Apartments.com
Good size, good maintenance, good neighborbood
July 28, 2015My 1-bedroom villa is the perfect size for the price, and many of my appliances were new with barely any wear and tear on the older ones. Maintenance is great when you need them and the pool is always clean. It's a little far from any nightlife but it's definitely not inconveniently far.Review from Apartments.com
