I have lived at Aqua at Millenia for over 14 years and have been very happy here. The office and maintenance staff have always been responsive to my needs. Having an indoor parking garage so I can park my car on the same level as my apartment is a big plus for me.

I highly recommend living here! The community offers many amenities that are hard to find elsewhere at the same rental price. We’ve occasionally had maintenance issues in our apartment, but submitting a service request online is easy, and the staff usually comes the next day to resolve them. My only concern is the cleanliness and upkeep of the building’s hallways and elevator. We frequently see spiders and cobwebs in the hallways, and both the hallway floors and the elevator are often very ...
