I've been in Aqua since 2020. The front office team and maintenance team have been great and usually are on top of everything. Living here has been nice and convenient. Until this issue, I've never had any complaints.

I've lived at this apartment community for a couple of years now, and the only reason I've continued to renew my lease is because of the location. Being so close to Disney, the theme parks, and having the mall within walking distance is incredibly convenient. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end for me.
The fitness center has also been neglected. Much of the equipment is outdated, and several machines show visible signs of rust. It's disappointing to see such an important amenity ...

The biggest disappointment, however, has been the management. The property manager comes across as uninterested and rarely engages with residents. Good management can make a huge difference in a community, and unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience here.
