I moved into Aquatera in October 2025 and virtually everything from staff friendliness to functionality of my building and grounds has exceeded my expectations. I used the salt water pool for the first time a few days ago (now that the weather and water is warm) and loved it. Grill areas and fitness center also clean and never crowded. People living her seem to respect the grounds and do not trash the area, and always pick up after their dogs, etc etc. Overall excellent community, well-run ...

...compared to the (3) single family (3bdrm) homes I've rented, and the three bdrm townhome I rented for 5yrs in Shipyard...Aquaterra easily competes, and strongly so. Simply based on - 1) "ease of living in neighborhood/building/unit"; 2) "ease of location on isle"; and 3) "ease of amenities;" relatively and comparatively speaking, (like I said...), in my mind, "Aquaterra," definitely competes w/ most...and beats some!!!
