June 1, 2025The apartment units are incredibly spacious and modern, they offer a ton of storage space, and I love the screened in balcony. The property is immaculate and offers loads of extra amenities. You have to have a pool in Hilton Head and this one is huge! There's 2x little things that need adjustment. Not nearly enough parking, especially closer to the gate, and I can hear my upstairs neighbor flush his toilet and SCREAM obscenities all night long!Property Manager Responded

March 10, 2025Aquatera’s is in a perfect area in Hhi, north end of island is not as crowded and is close to shopping and driving to beach. The apartments are sound proof I rarely hear any of my neighbors….the pool and gym are beautiful and very clean..it’s easy to bike and get to walking paths…overall it’s well maintained, beautiful, and there’s follow through with the rules.Property Manager Responded
