    Certainly not on the best part of the island, but a convenient location to my workplace and the HH library. Wish it had been designed with more intention with the infrastructure, especially with water filtration. Having mandatory trash valet service across the whole compound makes it feel like an assisted living facility. Not quite sure its the right fit for working-age professionals, but there aren't many other options here. Rent seems high especially considering the level of value and ...

    I enjoy living at Aquatera because for all of the amenities we have here. The residence grounds and facility are very clean, always smells very beautiful and refreshing. It's quiet, the staff are always very helpful and ready to meet our needs.

    Nice community and excellent facilities and service. I had started working out more and being dog-friendly creates a nice environment where neighbors can immediately connect through their dogs.

    I enjoy living at AquaTera. The amenities are perfect for me. The place smells beautifully. It’s clean has a beautiful pool a nice gym and everybody that works at Aquatera are very nice and helpful!

    Super clean inside and out. I feel very safe with the well lit parking lot. The amenities are beautiful and well maintained. Love the community enrichment opportunities too! Altogether a super experience so far!

    There are no consequences for guests parking in spaces for residents only. Residents who work late hours have to park buildings away and try to safely make it inside. It’s disheartening.

    I love living here. The closets and kitchen set up is quite ample, bedrooms are quite large as is bathroom and room for washer and dryer. The amenities are great, the public space is beautiful and there’s plenty of pet stations for us dog owners. Front staff is very friendly, parking is no issue and all the residents seem friendly as well.
