Aquatic at Higby is a wonderful surprise in Berkeley. It’s a well maintained and beautiful community. Close to groceries, fitness, the marina, and basically everything! All the employees here are kind and very helpful. I would highly recommend living here.

Extremely friendly management and maintenance staff. The amenities are amazing and apartments style is very nice and reasonable for the price. The main draw backs for us are that the kitchens have rather small appliances (at least in the 1 bed + den) and the street noise can be a bit much with open windows facing Ashby Ave.
Unfortunately, experienced a break-in to the bike room but security has since been improved which I'm pleased about.

So far I like very much the apartment. It is functional, quiet, pretty and high class. Everything I need to live everyday life is here! Higby is centrally located. It is closed to one of the best market in the Bay Area, public transportation to everywhere you want to go and few feet to the freeway. What else you can ask.
