Don't rent here!!!!!!!!!
September 3, 2023I would not recommend this place at all. They don't clean the hallways dead animals and stains are in the hallway. Some stain have been for the past 6 months. It's a beautiful property but they seem to rent to the lowest class of people they can find. Mainance staff is top notch and know their job very well. The leasing staff are pretty nice and I see they try. I've never seen security here to enforce the rules I've seen homeless people sleeping at the pool lounge chairs. The worst place to live
June 8, 2021Apartments are beautiful but don’t be fooled. The worst management team I have ever experienced. They are super rude and unhelpful. Also , be ready to hear your neighbors every move! AGENTS DO NOT GET PAID
October 7, 2020Realtors *BE WARE* you will not get paid by Town City Center. They promised me a commission in the amount of $1,500 when I registered and brought a tenant to them. Such tenant is living in this complex since July 11th 2020, 90 DAYS AGO, and they haven't paid me :-( I have sent numerous emails and made many many phone calls including to TRG management. They do not want to put me through the supervisor's voice mail nor give me the supervisor's phone number nor give me their email. REAL ESTATE ...AGENTS DO NOT BRING ANY TENANTS TO THIS PLACE, YOU WILL NOT GET PAID.Property Manager Responded

Not a good place to live.
August 15, 2017One of the worst apartment experiences I have ever had. Our roof has been leaking for a couple months now and Management has told us that it will be fixed only for us to have to deal with a lake in our floor after every rain. Stay far away from this place!Property Manager Responded

Beautiful place, bad leasing management office
October 14, 2016This place is really beautiful. All new appliances, very nice kitchen, bathroom. If they maintain the units you cant really beat the quality of the space youre living in. Here is the problem - the people who live in the community and the management office. They are indeed very slow, and we are not talking hours or days we are talking weeks to get anything done. The gate to enter the community seems to have a lot of problems. This nice community is also not immune to crime. There are a lot ...of very loud dogs (cant see them I just hear them but I assume they are large breeds based on that). You will hear barking from afternoon to night a lot of times, I am guessing owners leave their dogs on the balcony to bark. Also the walls are very thin so you will hear your neighbors dog playing fetch in the house and your neighbors TV/running in their apartment/flushing toilets. I am living in a 2 bedroom and I find it very roomy. Some of these things cant be fixed because it is structural, but the management team really needs to be more professional and get things done on time. Good luck getting them to answer their phone or getting in contact with the "24 hour maintenance team". When you first speak with them when you are thinking about leasing here they will treat you like a king and are awesome to work with. It all goes downhill after that unfortunately and if you have any issues they do not address it in a timely manner. The prices are very high but its as expected with a newer community. It all starts at the top with Karmen and trickles down to the rest of the team.Property Manager Responded

July 27, 2016This community is beautiful. It has a lot of amenities. The only issue is the Leasing Manager. Cindy is very unprofessional. She makes a lot of errors and is slow at doing everything.
