        Arabelle is really beautiful and the maintenance team is so quick to respond to any problems you ever have. Management is so nice and they are always having little events for the community. Also there isn't any issues with bugs or anything like that which is something I've heard about other apartment complexes. It’s a nice clean and beautiful place to live. The only deterrent is not having an elevator for each building.

        Easy access to us highway 19, quick access to major cities like St. Pete, Tampa, airports and the bay AND the beach is so worth it. Maintenance is A+ compared to other places i have lived at nearby. There is noise between the floors so live top floor if you want to never hear anything above you. Beautiful community! Walking trail behind.

        It’s a lovely community, but with serious maintenance issues. Since it’s an open community, there are also security concerns—depending on the time of year, there are a lot of unfamiliar people wandering around the complex. The apartments are nice, but the lack of maintenance in common areas and the long delays in handling even simple repairs cause the overall condition of the complex to constantly decline. We try to take care of it as if it were our own home, but not everyone sees it that way. ...
        There are many short-term residents who don’t care about maintaining the property. Only a few of us have lived here for years, and we’re the ones who suffer the most from this. People who come and go aren’t interested in taking care of things or paying attention to maintenance details like those of us who stay long-term. On top of that, rent prices keep increasing, which makes it even harder to continue living here.

        Only have been moved in for two weeks. Front desk staff was super helpful when doing the paper work on move in and explaining community guidelines Maintenance staff has been phenomenal. Parking is an issue. I work late and most of the time when I have to park at night there aren't any spots left. I am usually parking on the other side of the complex, which I fear will be come a regular thing. For the apartment, I so far don't like the lack of water pressure in the main bathroom and that the ...
        fridge and freezer can't open up all the way. makes operating in the kitchen difficult.

        This is the best complex I have lived at. There's always going to be ups and downs at any place you live at, but this place has more ups! They are constantly looking to improve the community, allow recycling, have socially gatherings l, food trucks, always want to make sure you have what you need for your apartment and the manager, Candace, is great. The factors alone make the rent rate worth it!
