From the start, the management team has been professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any maintenance requests or questions I’ve had. Arasan is nice community. Well insulated apartments without many noise issues. Great management and maintenance to help with any issues you may have. Easy access to nearby highway 169 along with Hyvee and gas.

I love living at Arasan! I moved here from out of state and was pleasantly delighted by the building and entire process. The community is very clean, safe, and positively beautiful, and the unit was so much larger than I expected. The leasing and managerial staff made it a really streamlined and easy process to move in with friendly smiles along the way! Highly recommend.

Living at the Arasan apartment was good but the location of my apartment there is not very much privacy and the blinds in the living area keeps falling apart. But the biggest issue is that being right next to the fitness center and hearing weighs getting slammed and the walls are pretty thin as well.

Given the fitness center's proximity to resident living areas, and this feedback, we deemed it best to close the fitness center earlier.
