December 2, 2024I don’t find the manager, Leylah, assistant manager, Lorena and leasing person, Janice competent as communication and follow through with simple things requested is terrible. There seems to be a lack of understanding of what is being conveyed with the assistant manager and Janice as I have had to repeat simple things for their clarity. The manager, Leylah has a hands-off, Laissez-faire leadership style and allows her staff to make decisions and avoids direct involvement with the tenants. When I ...have talked with her, I feel like I’m an imposition to her time as she always seems to be rushed for time or in a meeting, and always states that I don’t need to speak with her, I can speak with any of her staff because the are capable of helping me. This is not true and I have a lack faith in their ability to help me hence I had to call corporate to get help. I could go on with all the smart home issues but I will end with this. Why would I even consider to release when I could lease somewhere within the vicinity and pay rent that is $300 less? Or better yet, buy a home that’s mine without having all the hassles of dealing with rules, fines, texts galore, and incompetent staff.Property Manager Responded
