I found Red Tail to be the worst landlord I ever lived under. They were cheap, thoughtless, and just didn't act like they cared about tenants.

Great visit I showed up early and the office staff accommodated; let me walk around the apartment and answered all my questions. Very personable and easy to talk to--walked through the price and additional costs like heating and insurance policy. Apartment was very clean and everything looked ready to move in. Grounds appeared well maintained as well.

New owners; quickly going downhill

The place used to be great! Staff was friendly and understanding and felt like they really cared. Now that Red Tail has taken over the place is a nightmare. “Renovations” done to the property were lazily done, takes days for maintenance to come out . Office is awful awful. Canceled my automatic payments for one month without notice then charged me a late fee even though it was on them. I DONT recommend moving here.

Arbor Commons is an amazing hidden treasures tucked behind the beautiful Arbor Park. Experoence the Farmers Market every weekend as well as live concerts in the summer. You'll find it to be a quiet and peaceful place to live. All the units get plenty of sunlight and have an open floor plan with lots of decorating potentlal to make a cozy home.
