New owners; quickly going downhill
September 12, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe place used to be great! Staff was friendly and understanding and felt like they really cared. Now that Red Tail has taken over the place is a nightmare. “Renovations” done to the property were lazily done, takes days for maintenance to come out . Office is awful awful. Canceled my automatic payments for one month without notice then charged me a late fee even though it was on them. I DONT recommend moving here.Property Manager Responded

Experoence the Farmers Market every weekend as well as live concerts in the summer. You'll find it to be a quiet and peaceful place to live.
