May 1, 2024Moved here back in 2023. Management made it very easy to move into a new unit after my lease ended with a different roommate. Very painless process and had all my questions answered. Just make sure you measure the hallways, they’re all different heights and it makes moving furniture a little difficultProperty Manager Responded

Flying Rodents (Bats), Mice, Stuck Windows, Dog Poop
August 13, 2022After many attempts to communicate to management and maintenance, the about flying bats in your apartment, mice, disgusting conditions of poop on the lawn, I was left with, "Don't worry about it, I had flying rodents, and mice when I was growing up" "You will be okay....And "Don't Worry about your windows that don't open or close or lock, "It's safe...here, but it's really not safe....4 blocks away.....PS Pottstown is rated one of the most dangerous cities to live. The laundry rooms are ...filthy, plenty of bed bugs to go around.....and there is smoking in the apartments and on the premises....Property Manager Responded

Nice to Call Home
November 27, 2019Arbor Grove, our first experience with apartment living, has made it an easier transition to the new and been a positive experience overall. Reasonable rental fees, well-kept units and grounds, and a pet-friendly policy attracted us and, starting our fourth year, we continue to enjoy it here. Feels just like home
November 21, 2019I moved here in June after having to sell my house that I thought I would be in forever. My apartment now feels like home! The neighborhood is awesome and nice and quiet. Kim and the maintenance people do a wonderful job and are available when you need them. The apartment is spacious yet cozy and everything was very clean when I moved in. November 20, 2019Arbor Grove is a charming little community located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We have lived here for 4 years with our 2 fur-babies happily. The apartment manager and maintenance team work quickly and efficiently to resolve any issues during times that are most convenient for my family. I had never lived in an apartment setting prior to moving here, so I was hesitant. But, everyone here has made the transition so easy and comfortable. Clean, Quite and Comfortable
November 20, 2019My wife and I moved to Arbor Grove a little under a year ago. We were expecting our first child and Ms. Retner, the property manager, did everything she could to make our move here as quickly and smoothly as possible. The apartment my family is in was extremely clean from top to bottom. The laundry area is always well maintained and I never have to wait long to do laundry since there are three laundry areas. The parking lots and courtyards are well maintained and there is plenty of parking. Ms. ...Retner and her maintenance team have gone above and beyond my expectations. I have only had one minor problem with my tub and they were very quick to fix the problem and since then I have had no issues. Everyone here is very friendly and polite. October 29, 2019I came from Virginia, did not know anyone here. However I was greeted by my new neighbors, just welcoming me and glad to see me. Walked into my apartment, floors shining, so airy sparkling clean. The rooms are so spacious, I don't feel crammed in. Management creates a good atmosphere which makes it feel a lot like a community. Pleasant little community
September 23, 2015The arbor grove apartments are like a pleasant little community all of their own. The buildings are full of friendly and courteous residents and even pets. Manager on site for easy assistance and they too are very friendly. Quick responses and readily to help maintenance team for dwelling concerns.
