With flower beds coming and a dog park with grills and picnic tables he just can’t find this anywhere else in the Canton/plain Township area! The property manager, Tracy and the leasing agent, Marina were very helpful when I came into the office. Now that I am a tenant I have had no problems with communication. They make it easy to communicate on the app with Maintenance and ...Tracy is always available to help with anything. It’s very quiet and a comfortable place to live.!! Tracy, the landlord, has been great with communicating during the weekdays (weekends she is off) and dealing with any issues ive had. She is also a very nice and patient woman, I messed up a bit during the application process and she was never rude about my mistakes. The app makes it easy to put in a maintenance report and maintenance is typically quick to fix any issues. We are not charged for any pest control needed and the common areas are sprayed ...twice a month to prevent pests. They have recently added a dog park and are adding grills and picnic tables so there will be spaces to gather outside! They are also adding new flower beds im excited about. Neighbors have all been very nice and quiet. The walls are pretty thick so ive never heard any neighbors other than the one above me walking (like a normal person does). We also get surveys to fill out for the apartment complex (any complaints or things we want/need). I absolutely recommend living here and I will be renewing my leaseRead More

The management team is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. At one point, I had an issue with bugs in my apartment, and management handled it immediately. They had pest control come out right away and followed up with weekly treatments to make sure the issue was fully taken care of. Now they are transitioning to monthly ...preventative treatments, which really shows they care about keeping the property in good condition for residents. The maintenance team is also very responsive and takes care of requests quickly. You can tell the staff truly cares about the people living here and works hard to keep the community comfortable and well maintained. They were able to accommodate me for a tour later that same afternoon, which I truly appreciated. From the moment I arrived, I absolutely loved the property. I even spoke with several current residents during my visit, and every single one of them spoke so highly of the community and management team. I signed a lease shortly after and moved into my two-bedroom apartment a few weeks later. As with ...any move, there were a few minor maintenance items that needed attention, but Tracy and the maintenance team were incredibly responsive. A technician arrived within the hour, and everything was completely resolved by the end of the day. It is very clear that the staff here genuinely care and stay on top of everything. They repaved the parking lot last year and it looks so much better. Management has also been extremely timely (within 24 hours) in getting back to me if I had any issues or questions. Everything is updated and very modern-looking. They sent out an email asking for recommendations for property updates and I mentioned getting secured access to the buildings. They ...liked my idea & within a few months, they were able to implement this suggestion! Neighbors are quiet and extremely respectful of one another. July 13, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comgreat at first. decent size for decent price for a starter apartment. new appliances. i was promised a dishwasher and never got one. then the plumbing issues started. kitchen sink would overflow for months and flood my kitchen. that was taken care of eventually but has started gurgling again. now the ceiling above our shower is leaking BAD. i think this place is made of paper. theres holes in all the cracks so spiders and ants get in. i cant stand to be here any longer. our landlords and ...maintenance people are decently nice and our neighbors arent bad but when everything is falling apart its hard to appreciate what is good about it.Read More

The did not communicate that is was rescheduled. It was just an extremely terrible experience. They do not answer the phone. 0 communication. I do not recommend. Nobody calls back- Beware!
