March 26, 2025The apartment itself is nice enough. There are some paint drips on the floor, squeaky shower floors, etc, but overall a decent place. It’s pretty difficult to find parking in the evenings if you don’t pay for an assigned spot. The management people we’ve talked to don’t seem to know what’s going on. We’ve asked some basic questions about garbage, parking, utilities, etc and have been met with some variation of “I’m not sure.” Very frustrating.Property Manager Responded

February 19, 2025I moved into a 1 bedroom about a month ago now. I moved from out of state. It's been an experience. The office was so helpful, answering my many questions and concerns. I appreciate all the help I was given to help me navigate the online application process. Love my new home. The layout is well thought out. So much closet space. Living room closet, a shelved pantry closet in the kitchen, a shelved hall closet, a shelved bathroom closet and a good sized walk in closet in the bedroom. There's even ...a locking closet outside, next to patio. Also, I love the garbage pickup at the front door. What a timesaver. My moving boxes were also taken with the garbage after I broke them all down! What a huge help that was. And the location is just perfect. So close to pretty much everything you would need.
