Do NOT live here if you have a pet!
June 30, 2025Do NOT live here if you have a pet! I had a great experience renting here until I moved out. I was charged a $400 nonrefundable pet deposit + $25/monthly for having a pet. Upon leaving I was charged an additional $800 for ordinary wear and tear (carpet slightly soiled) they defined as 'pet damage.' The complex has taken over $1,600 from me because I own a dog! Do NOT live hear if you have a pet!!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live

Love living here!
May 14, 2020I have lived here almost 5 years and have been more than happy with maintenance, office staff, and neighbors. Just yesterday I went for a walk around the property and was amazed at how well-maintained the property is. Not to mention the surrounding landscape (especially the lake just beyond the pool!). The building I live in has quiet neighbors, which is always a good thing. Last but not least...it is fun watching the geese and their babies scooting around the property!Property Manager Responded

Horrible Resident Complaint System
January 3, 2019Absolutely horrible. I have problems a lot with my downstairs neighbor. They physically fight each other a lot and are always slamming the doors!!! I call the after hours maintence since I can’t put in my own complaint because it has to be an “EMPLOYEE” Compaint! Back to what I was saying...I call the maintence guy...and wow he sounds like his life is horrible...I tell him my address and by the time he gets to the apartment my neighbors have quiet down with their fighting. So he has the nerve to ...call me back and tell me no one is fighting and that “everyone is asleep.” Ya because I make all this crap up! So my complaint goes unnoticed or documented. Well if u are thinking about coming to arbor lakes apartment. Ya they are great and beautiful apartments but u better hope and pray u have great neighbors. Terrible service
February 12, 2018I lived there for 12 months but I wish I never did. When moving in I requested a animal friendly apartment yet they placed me in a non-animal section. They said “there’s nothing we can do” . Luckily my sister could keep my dog during that time so I let it go. Whenever I needed anything fixed they always took almost a week to come. I had to call several times for maintenance and half of the time they forget to put your service needs in schedule!! The manager is very rude and almost purposely ...ignores anything you have to say.
