    Honestly not a bad spot, nothing to complain about either. I get help form landlords when need, not that I have needed anything but a key replaced. Neighbors all keep to themselves and are polite. The grounds could definitely use some more upkeep.

    So far, my experience leasing with Arbor Lakes has been excellent. The staff in the leasing office are very friendly and helpful. The units are spacious, and parking is never an issue. People here are kind as well. I would recommend Arbor Lakes as a place to reside.

    Arbir Lakes is a great apartment community to live in. Office staff is quick to help and communicate; also the maintenance staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable of what and how to repair an issue.

    Very nice friendly community, beautiful grounds with pool, playground, bark park, bbq area with tables and nice workout room. Office and Maintenance staff are very nice and address issues in a very timely fashion.

    I have lived in Arbor Lakes for over 15 months and my experience has been great, the staff is very approachable and helpful (jamie and James) and the maintenance team is very quick in attending request and repairs. There is a big sense of community, and the office takes the job to create activities to incentive this environment. I would highly recommend rent in this property.
