March 10, 2026I HIGHLY recommend Arbor Lakes Community. The property is ALWAYS CLEAN and well cared for. All the staff go ABOVE and BEYOND for the residents. Property Managers Steve and Jayme are VERY kind, professional, knowledgeable and always approachable. They always make time in their busy day to address the resident's need. I truly believe their mission is to create a community where tenants enjoy where they live for a long time. I feel blessed to live in this community. The maintenance team especially ...Edwin are ALWAYS attentive, respectful and FAST to fix the issue. I think the BEST part for me are the beautiful ponds, fountains, geese and ducks in community. The property is so peaceful!! All the other residents have been kind in my experience. The community is very dog friendly which is important to me. I can't say enough positive things. I am really glad I choose to live here. The rents are affordable, units are in excellent condition and the area is safe. Maintenance team is fantastic, concerns have been resolved in a couple of hours, if it takes longer it is due to something out of their control. Property is well maintained. November 3, 2025Arbor Lakes is a safe community in peaceful surroundings with plenty of trees and several ponds. I can enjoy wildlife, even a blue heron, in this apartment community, believe it or not. The ponds are full of waterfowls, frogs, and turtles when you pay attention. Another bonus: a forest preserve on the other side of the street. Strongly recommend to nature lovers, and dog owners.Property Manager Responded
