November 3, 2025Arbor Lakes is a safe community in peaceful surroundings with plenty of trees and several ponds. I can enjoy wildlife, even a blue heron, in this apartment community, believe it or not. The ponds are full of waterfowls, frogs, and turtles when you pay attention. Another bonus: a forest preserve on the other side of the street. Strongly recommend to nature lovers, and dog owners.Review from Apartments.com

March 25, 2025Honestly not a bad spot, nothing to complain about either. I get help form landlords when need, not that I have needed anything but a key replaced. Neighbors all keep to themselves and are polite. The grounds could definitely use some more upkeep.Property Manager Responded
