POOL CLOSED DOWN

Arbor Lakes has closed down their swimming pool for the remainder of the pool season. The 1st reason they gave was that they did not renew their pool license. Then, a week later they send out a second email stating that the pool was closed for structural issues. All of us that use the pool feel lied to and betrayed. Why now, during the middle of the pool season? Nothing they say makes any kind of sense to us. I seriously find anything that they say hard to believe!!!! It was July 21st, ...

2026 when the pool first closed and they did not know that their pool license was not renewed? There are a lot of angry residents right now.... No one took care of the pool. There was always an issue with cloudy water and there was a black and green algae growing all over the pool walls. There are cracks in the cement surrounding the pool. Honestly, they have neglected the pool for some time. Poor leadership and management!!! When I asked the property manager for a very modest rent concession for the balance of July and for the month of August, she said NO!!! I guess I should not be surprised. Anyway, I wanted people to know my experiences here at Arbor Lakes.
