Maintenance team is fantastic, concerns have been resolved in a couple of hours, if it takes longer it is due to something out of their control. Property is well maintained. November 3, 2025Arbor Lakes is a safe community in peaceful surroundings with plenty of trees and several ponds. I can enjoy wildlife, even a blue heron, in this apartment community, believe it or not. The ponds are full of waterfowls, frogs, and turtles when you pay attention.
