I love these apartments, it’s always so calm plus there is two pools, a tennis court and a basketball court! Even a garden in the forest to plant vegetables or flowers!

Great place to live!

I’ve lived here for 8 years and complete enjoy it. From the office staff to the maintenance crew to the property manager - they are all awesome! The view from my apartment is a pond view where I get to enjoy seeing all the geese and duck babies and my friendly muskrat that lives near me. The apartment is great! Anytime there is an issue - the maintenance crew is on the job. I would totally recommend living at Arbor Lakes. This is the best apartment complexes I’ve lived at.

Cops are here multiple times a week. You will find that there are drug activity going on throughout the property. A poorly managed property with a very dishonest staff. The units itself are old and rundown that need alot of attention. As far as the amenities go they aren't taken care of very well so it isn't something that's appealing to look forward to. Management lies constantly. Rude!!! Anything that happens to your 1000 yr old apt you will be blamed for. Management seems to think you are there for them instead of it is their job!!! Why have a lease when they pick and choose who and what is enforced. It was the best but now I feel like I am walking on egg shells all the time. NO Matter what----you will be blamed for all that happens. They are a big company and basically bully.

I would give it zero if I could. after 3 years living here it keeps getting worse and worse. Let’s start with the police being here at least monthly for domestics or drugs. Office never taking your seriously, never cleaning, the common areas are FILTHY, treating you poorly, never answering the phone, etc. there have been multiple people arrested out of our building. The “secure” door is never secure. And not my neighbor is allowing homeless people to live in the building. Not only have the police ...

I have been living here for a year now, and it had been wonderful! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the whole area is beautiful. I love how there’s a garden where you can have your own plot to plant stuff! The dog park is great, and there’s even nature trails. Sometimes I’ll forget I’m in the city when I’m walking on them! The best part is that there’s not one, but two pools, and even a pond! The apartments are nice, my only complaint would be the kitchen is too small for my liking.

Don't ever rent at this place. The washrooms and the storage areas are disgusting. The snow removal is pathetic. People have complained about insufficient heat. Most of the office staff is pleasant but the property manager, Amanda, is very inconsiderate. I lived at this apartment complex for two years and was never late with my rent, and $25 was deducted from my security deposit for a late fee because I put the check in the box on July 4 and not on July 3. The office was closed on July 3 and 4, ...
so I put the check in the box on July 4 instead of July 3, but apparently the box was checked on July 3 and as my check was not in there, I was charged a late fee. How inconsiderate because how could it be late when it's a check and it could not be deposited until the 5th. So does it really matter that I put it on July 4 especially as I had been never late with my rent. No sense of loyalty and horrible business etiquette. I will never rent there again and would advise everyone to steer clear of this establishment. I only stayed for two years because I was in Wisconsin temporarily and didn't want to be bothered with moving expenses.

My first apartment

I lived here for 2 years, it was my first apartment I ever rented. I loved my apartment, my balcony faced the pond and I was right next to the pool. volleyball court, walking trails, and a garden that residents can use! I always paid my rent 2 days in advance because you get placed in an "early bird" contest and could win a free pizza! Management is very helpful and friendly! The gas station and family video is right across the street! I definitely recommend Arbor Lakes to friends and coworkers!
