This was a pretty good place when we first moved in. Rent was only $400.00 so we lived pretty good. Rent now is $639.oo and home is falling apart. Water heater isn't working on its own, has to be turned on when we need hot water. Same with A/C when it gets hot outside like now. Oven stopped working when I was in the middle of baking cookies. Roof leaks. But, its home and if we didn't have to pay rent for a year all of those things would get fixed. Hey, it ain't a palace but it is ours!!!!
