The roaches are really bad here. Really bad. No matter how clean we keep it, every time we turn on a light, they scatter everywhere. We tried 2 different roach killers but it barely touched them. The kids are another problem. The crawl all over the vehicles, throw rocks at your windows and doors, threaten you, and scream outside all hours of the night. People constantly go through the apartments blaring their music. The police are out here a lot. There's fighting and no one cleans up after ...
themselves. It literally smells like an animal shelter out here. The pool wasn't open at all last year, there's no laundry facility, so you get none of the amenities you're promised. Maintenance is very slow to respond to issues. Half my plugs don't work and they said they couldn't fix it. One plug even melted. It's overall been a very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.
