Top Notch Management
October 26, 2021I have live here for a little over a year, and I just want to say that the property manager Ms. Barbara is the best ever and because of her I love living here. Barbara took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. Happy Home
September 15, 2021We have been very happy with this community since relocating here in 2008. The main reason for moving to Arbor Place was because of the professionalism that was displayed by Barbara (manager). Barbara continues to be professional, friendly, and concerned about the residents. The maintenance team lead by Keri, has done a great job in making sure maintenance requests get attended to in a timely matter. Since Wanda has been in the office, she has maintained excellent skills in dealing with the ...residents, and has a very "kind spirit." This place is highly recommended by us. March 24, 2021First off the staff is A+! Their professionalism and follow up is awesome. Mrs. Barbara's warmth and professionalism is top notch. She is very friendly, thorough and a genuine person! Arbor Place
March 17, 2021Although I had seen and heard many things about Arbor Place, I had to try it for myself. It has been the best experience I have ever had. The current office staff is like my family. They are really sensitive to the needs of each and every resident that lives in the community. I often get homesick because of the drastic relocation to Georgia from New York but it's nice to have a place away from home that makes me feel comfortable, secure, and at PEACE. I really don't have to worry about anything ...because I know that the staff will do all that they can do to see that I am happy living in this wonderful community. We are definitely an active community! We share "tears" on special movie nights, "sweat" on our frequent work-out nights, and boy do we "laugh!!" It's nice to share a laugh or two with others. As our relationships grow and flourish into lifelong relationships, I know that the memories will last a lifetime for us all. If you need a home away from home, just stop by Arbor Place. Can't imagine....
September 26, 2019I just can't imagine living anywhere else...and don't want to! :-) This is my community. I enjoy coming home worry free, i enjoy leaving each day, worry free. We've called this place home for over 10 years. We've watched the community grow and adapt to trends and changes.
