Run and don’t look back
June 2, 2022The apartments look great in the pictures and even the office when you walk in. Once you get moved in, you see what the apartments are truly about. Trash, poop, drugs, bad kids breaking things, police, loud neighbors, music blasting oh and did I say drugs… office doesn’t seem to care what goes on outside as long as they are getting renters and a paycheck. They are all nice to you till you have an issue and then it’s the cold shoulder or even better, they downgrade you. Run do not live here!Review from Apartments.com

March 21, 2018Rent is cheap for the area. With that you are getting what you pay for. Drug infested. Trash everywhere. Security gates no longer work and the office doesn’t seem to care if you have any issues. Nothing is done in a timely manner when it does to work orders or anything of that nature. But you will be expected to have everything working if they decide to come inspect your place for that state which who knows why they do that. If not you get a fine. I would not recommend someone with a family. Now ...if you are a drug user come right in that’s all they seem to rent to.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 19, 2015Overall the cleanliness of the complex was good, anything that needed to be fixed was taken care of in a timely manner. Only issue I had was when it was time to move out . I was hit with fees from out of nowhere so I wouldn't personally move back there . But okay stayReview from Apartments.com
