Strongly reconsider
February 9, 2024They have a great marketing team so everything looks great with pictures/on paper. My only advice is to ask many questions, tour the apartment/breezeways thoroughly (opening drawers/cabinets, open/shut/test doors and locks) and tour the mailboxes/open mailroom, trash disposal area, and all the amenities that are being offered. Ask thorough follow-up questions on the listed prices. I ended my lease early for the first time ever but I choose not to go into detail as I realize reviews can often be ...false or give one sided experiences. My recommendation is that you just do your own personal thorough research into everything about the property before signing.Property Manager Responded

Not a good place to stay at !! NOTHING BUT PEST & ROACHES
August 12, 2021Maintenance is trash !! The leasing office act like they can never answer the phone & it ain't nothing but roaches an so many bugs!! While I was staying there they was all behind the fridge an stove an pest control didn't do anything about it an couldn't do anything about it and that fact I couldn't even keep food in my fridge nor pantry cause they was everywjerr, an remind you it was there when I first moved in there , my bathroom shower had mold growing from top an water was leaking , an my ...sink kept getting stopped up , an it was a horriable smell & didn't no one come an fixed it until it was bout time for my lease to be upProperty Manager Responded

Roach infested!!!
March 31, 2020They patched up some walls and put wood vinyl floors in but the apartment that I rented was NOT the same as the one that I viewed. I don’t understand how they keep going up on the rent and the complexes are roach infested?! I purchased everything that I could to keep them away to no avail. And the grounds are filled with trash as well. Paper, wrappers, and cups everywhere!Property Manager Responded

I love our new home!!
March 15, 2019I love this community because Colin & Bethany did a great job making the entire process, from application to moving in, a breeze for me and my coworkers. I had to do the entire process online, as we were moving from out of state, and Colin sent pictures of the actual apartment, arranged to have a washer & dryer installed, and made sure that the apartment was ready and beautiful for us. Stay Away!!!
September 11, 2018Arbor Ridge has went downhill ever since Shelia and Lisa left the rent is going up tremendously. Trash is always on the ground the laundry room is filthy i'm starting to see mold and extras critters in my apartment. Its been brought to my attention that the community has discussed how we would really like the old management back people breaking there lease and moving out before hand. Never did we see any of this with Lisa and Shelia.. WHAT WAS MANAGEMENT THINKING!!!!!!!!!!Review from Apartments.com
BEWARE!!!
June 5, 2018Stay far away from these apartments. They are terrible. The bugs are out of control. They say they do pest control, but they do it MAYBE once a month and it doesn’t even do anything. The don’t enforce any rules... my upstairs neighbor is super loud all night long and wakes up me and my child numerous times at night. Drugs are in out of here all the time. Both of my bathrooms constantly smell like marijuana when I do not have that in my apartment. Some neighbors have a million people living in ...their apartment, there’s no way they are all on one lease. Our door was previously kicked in and you would think they would’ve replaced it for us when we moved in but they never did. The water heater above us busted and the ceiling is peeling away. You can see where there was mold in the bathroom and they just spray painted or re-tiled over it instead of replacing the tubs and shower. The water pressure sucks unless you invest in a fancy shower head. The laundry is joke because half of the machines don’t work half of the time. This place is terrible, and I really hate to say that because the women in the office are both very nice but this place needs to be gutted and rebuilt JUST to get rid of the GERMAN COCKROACHES.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
STAY AWAY
September 5, 2017Infested with roaches. When you walk in you see them on the ground. Come in your apartment and guaranteed you will watch them crawling on the ceiling and walls while you go to sleep. In your dishwasher. Leave anything in the sink they're on it. Your pantry will be covered in roaches. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I love my apartment!
March 15, 2017WOW.. I was reading the reviews for Arbor Ridge and I find them hard to believe. I've been here for 2 years and I love it, the maintenance guys are great and the office staff is always very helpful, just last month I moved to one of their upgrade unit and I'm very happy. I read about bugs, people breaking in car's, apartments, drugs etc but I don't see any of this and we also have a courtesy officer that lives on the property and works for Athens Clarke County Police Department - maybe you left ...owning money are maybe you are just one of them people that nothing makes you happy, I don't know but I know I'm very happy here and again I love my apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
