Love it here
June 1, 2025I’ve lived here for almost 9 years and have loved it. Apartments are spacious, management & staff are always friendly and helpful and it’s just a great place to live. Elissa in the office is awesome to work with, helpful, kind and efficient. Sean that work in maintenance is amazing. I’ve recently put in a request and he showed up in less than 24 hours. He is kind and courteous even walking me through each step of what he is doing and why. He is always friendly saying hi and making sure everyone’s ...needs are taken care of. When Shawn or Antonio are not working on maintenance requests they are always going around picking up and cleaning up the complex to make sure it’s nice and clean for all of us.I really appreciate the way all the staff members go above and beyond here.Property Manager Responded

Good apartments, friendly staff
March 12, 2025I’ve lived here under a year and Arbor Ridge is a nice, quiet property. Everyone is friendly, lots of dog walkers out in the evenings and the sound of children playing outside. I enjoy it very much. Also the Maintanence team is the best. My requests are completed in a prompt manner and everything is online so it’s easier to check on the progress. Elissa in the office is amazing. I can walk in and she knows what apt I’m from. She’s good. She is always in a good mood and answers emails promptly. ...The apartments are huge. Lots of space. March 6, 2025We have lived at Arbor Ridge for a little over a year. Elissa (office manager) is great. She is on top of everything and makes sure she supports your needs any way she can. Antonio and Sean (maintenance) are on top off all our service requests. They are very responsive, respectful, and so friendly. March 3, 20192yrs. ago I was living in the Bay Area because of the convenience as far as getting to work, though the price(s) for quality apartments are very expensive they continues to have no ceiling. I rolled with the punches in the Bay Area for far to long, deep down I felt there must be a better way to live and enjoy life without losing the quality I have become accustomed to. I needed to find an offer I couldn't refuse, some place to make me unlock the Ball and Chain, so I did my homework and after ...turning over every Rock and Stone I found a gem.
