February 4, 2022Moved in about 5 months ago and have nothing by great things to say about living here. I Love my place! My apartment was completely new and clean when I moved in. New wood floors, marble counters, new appliances, and I love having my own washer and dryer. The on-site property manager Lawerance has been great to work with. He is very professional, responsive, and reliable. He runs a tight ship here and holds people accountable which I really appreciate because it keeps the environment and ...community clean, peaceful, and pleasant to live in. Lawerance and his maintenance crew do a great job up keeping the property grounds. They are professional and very mindful of safety during the pandemic. Property is quiet, clean and feels safe. I do wish there was an actual fenced off turf area for all of the friendly pups on the property to socialize but Lawerance does a great job making friends with and loving on the pups on his own. Awesome Apartments
November 10, 2020My girlfriend and I moved here about 3 months ago and we still love it. Located in a quaint cul-de-sac so there’s not much noise from traffic. Interiors have been updated and are a clean modern design. Lawerance was extremely helpful working with us to get all the paperwork in even through all the guidelines with COVID. The neighbors are quiet and very friendly. Love that it is pet friendly, we got a dog because of that. He loves the pet area and seeing all his other dog friends.Review from Apartments.com

June 9, 2020The property is very clean and well-maintained. It is in a cul de sac so it is a quiet community. The units are renovated and like new-I love all my modern features and upgrades! Great Apartments
January 5, 2019I've been here a few months and love it so far. My unit is really clean and upgraded and the grounds are really nice. Its hard to believe there are almost 100 units because its so quiet here. The manager is very helpful and runs a tight ship. Maintenence has been super helpful to me too. I really can't recommend it enough. There aren't any better properties in Whittier.Property Manager Responded
